 Supported by Kafila Forge, one of the finest forging units in the country, Kay Dee Industries has equipped itself with world-class infrastructure. It is geared up to manufacture 5 million parts including Tie Rod Ends, Ball Joints, Idler Arms, Track Control Arms etc. per annum.
The machines used are SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) that have the advantage of being both very fast and also very accurate in machining components. That removes the human error factor from our final products.
Because of the nature of job, the setup is LINE TYPE. There is a continuous line production of our best selling items. Besides, we take special orders for exports, and incorporate them into batch production schedules depending upon priority and volume.
We have the most advanced induction hardening facility in our plant and the hardness required are dead accurate. |
