Mr. P.R. Malhotra is a very ambitious and dynamic businessman. His management skills are second to none and meets the challenges headon with his confidence and 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. A great visionary, he has been instrumental in the growth of Kafila Group. His efforts are now directed towards handling the company finances. It won't be out of place to mention that he is the backbone of our company.

Mr. H.P. Malhotra is a distinguished and thoroughly experienced personality. He has a vast experience / knowledge of all manufacturing systems whatsoever employed in Automobiles Industries The credit of the success of the companies Kafila forge and Kay Dee industries vouched to his business caliber and technical efficiency . He is conversant and meticulously handle labour & their day to day requirement.

MR. SATISH MALHOTRA
DIRECTOR PRODUCTION, KAFILA GROUP

When the regular time of work is 8am to 5pm, you could find him working in the factory even when the day shift is over. Such is his dedication towards work. The management could safely depend on him for any important work. He takes care and has earned excellence in the Heat Treatment Division, and UJ Crosses manufacturing division. Besides he also handles the purchases and domestic dispatches. His experience spans more than 25 years.

MR. ANIL MALHOTRA
PRESIDENT, KAFILA GROUP

With a Mechanical Engineering degree in his bag Anil joined Kafila in 1984, when Kafila brand was still a sibling and making its roots in the market. With his vision and effort Kafila has penetrated the Indian automotive market and grown leaps and bounds. Not satisfied with his efforts he wanted to see Kafila Group on the world map; he started to explore overseas markets and was successful in making breakthrough in the most competitive markets in USA and Europe. Because of his labor Kafila Group is exporting to countries like USA, UK, Australia, Holland, Malaysia, and Indonesia. He is very active in making liaisons in Middle East, and South Africa.

MR. H. R. KASHYAP
VICE PRESIDENT, KAFILA GROUP

Mr. Kashyap has been associated with Kafila Group for over 8 years starting 1994 and has brought revolutionary ideas to this group. His past experience has helped his efforts. He joined Kafila Group as a General Manager in Moon Paper & Machinery and efficiently managed exports for over 7 years. After the merger of Kay Dee Industries and Moon Paper & Machinery's Steering & Suspension division he was promoted as Executive Director. In 1998 Kafila Group required his services in the forging division and was promoted as Vice President of Kafila Forge Ltd. He has become an indispensable part in the management and is a vital member of Kafila family. Kafila Group respects his dedication and requires his services for many years to come.

MR. M. L. PULYANI
DIRECTOR FINANCE, KAFILA GROUP

He has been associated with Kafila Group since its inception in 1984. He looks after the finance and taxation matters of the group. His creative financial management techniques have helped the company grow tremendously over the years.

MR. NEELKANTHAN
GENERAL MANAGER, KAY DEE EXPORT DIVISION

Education:  B.E. (Mechanical) Madras University and MBA (Operations Management) Madras University
Mr. Neelkanthan brings with him vast experience and general management skills and is an asset to the group. His keen sense of knowledge about Manufacturing and Engineering has helped the organization prosper and build strong reputation as a good quality manufacturer for exports. He started is career with Rambal Engineering a reputed company based is Chennai. Then he went on to become the head of Alpump Auto.

MR. SANJEEV BAJAJ
GENERAL MANAGER, MOON PAPER & MACHINERY PVT. LTD.

Education: B.E. (Mechanical) DCE and MBA (Supply Chain Management) Delhi University
Mr. Bajaj is a dynamic personality who has keen sense of cost management. He has excellent vendor development skills and has played a central role in Moon Paper & Machinery grow from an infant to a market leader in Water Pump Assemblies. His career began with Allena Auto and credible Water Pump manufacturer. His strong product knowledge has helped MPM in achieving the number one quality status.

MR. ASHISH MALHOTRA
DIRECTOR (PROJECT MANAGEMENT), KAFILA GROUP

Education: B.Tech (Industrial Eng.) Pune University and MBA (Finance) Rutgers University, NJ USA.
Ashish has brought with him the global best practices and knowledge that is vital to the efficient functioning of the organization. With diversified subject knowledge he has helped Kafila Group grow its Export business. Ashish Malhotra plays an important role in Kafila Forge Limited and also heads Kay Dee Export Division.  

MR. ROHIT MALHOTRA
DIRECTOR (OPERATIONS), KAY DEE INDUSTRIES

Education: B.Tech (Computers) Banaglore University
Rohit is a strong pillar in the organization and his project management skills are excellent. Rohit heads Kay Dee Industries. He is a go getter and has concludes all tasks and critical assignments in time.

MR. VARUN MALHOTRA

Education: B.Com graduate from Delhi University.
Varun is ideal brand ambassador for Kafila Group. His charm and charisma works well for Kafila and gives Kafila Brand a vibrant face. Varun heads the water pump division at Moon Paper & Machinery Pvt. Ltd.
